The incredible shrinking woman

I found this on YouTube, it's really very inspiring. This woman goes from really chubby to thin in exactly 41 days...and she does it eating organic. Starts off with a 3 day juice fast. Its really worth a watch. I watched all 41 videos!! She is such an inspiration

Spices can help you lose weight


here's the spices that work the best to help you burn bodyfat:

I eat when I stress


I'm definitely an emotional eater. Have you ever had a day where you eat and eat and eat some more even though you know you are not hungry? I've tried to figure out why I do this to myself...okay I do have a fair amount of stress but THAT MUCH??

It's not fun having an emotional dependency on food...I want to learn to enjoy food without guilt or remorse. Uncontrolled eating may relieve stress but it makes me feel a certain lack of control, which leads to stress. This stress lays the groundwork for my next binge. When other emotions pile up, I reach a point where I finally lose control and let go of my good resolutions.

Coffee & weight loss


I've finally stopped my coffee intake completely...haven’t had a cup for over a week now and I feel good, my skin has cleared up, and I'm drinking more water now! I stopped drinking the coffee originally because it was becoming a big problem for me, I was drinking between 5 to 6 mugs of coffee a day and they each contained two tsp of sugar!

So I was wondering what other effects coffee could have on a person and if it really does have an effect on weight loss etc. This is what I found:


It's addictive. Help Here!
It's a stimulant.
It alters mood.

And -- it's not good for weight loss.
There are two basic reasons coffee is a problem for the person trying to lose weight. The first reason is psychological, the second physiological.

Psychological
The added stimulation and nervousness from the coffee makes you feel edgy. And the blood sugar fluctuations it produces contributes enormously to cravings.

Physiological
Coffee stimulates the adrenals, the glands responsible for stress hormones. The constant assault on these poor glands, from coffee, sugar, stress and daily life, can ultimately lead to a condition known as adrenal exhaustion.

Coffee also increases urinary secretion of important minerals such as magnesium, potassium and sodium and uses up a fair amount of vitamin B1. Not only that, the coffee plant itself is a virtual repository for toxins such as pesticides and other harmful chemicals.

And it can raise blood pressure and interfere with sleep.

Foods that make you lose weight


Ive never had enough guts to go on a low calorie diet before, but now I’m actually glad I hadn’t, coz I found out now recently that a low calorie diet can actually make you FAT! How? If you starve yourself and only eat 800 calories per day, your metabolism will start to adapt itself to those changes and actually burn less calories per day! This is scary, I think that’s why its so important to eat healthy. That’s probably why people pick up more than double the weight afterwards. ;-( I thought that this meant that you had to diet for at least a year to lose weight! ….until I stumbles across this website: Dramatic Dress Size Reduction. They offer lots of free info on how to manipulate your hormones so that you can lose 15 pounds in 30 days!
